Siera did my hair and makeup for my sister's wedding the year before so I knew and trusted her work. When I was on the hunt for my own wedding, I didn't realize Siera had struck out on her own until my cousin recommended her. I knew immediately that she was who I wanted! My trial at the studio was lovely. I was feeling flustered because I was only in town for a short time and had, of course, overbooked myself. I quickly felt at ease – the studio is calm and happy and beautiful and Siera offered me champagne <3 I felt incredible. I felt like myself – which to me was the most important thing. Planning my wedding, even though it was small, from a different city was tough, and meant I had to rely almost fully on social media and reviews. I found the Fenley Studio as I was browsing on Instagram, and when I saw many of the photos the account was tagged in and posting themselves, I was hooked! The Fenley Studio's style and vibe just spoke to me, and I knew I wanted to go that route with our wedding. Despite not being able to come into the studio prior to my wedding day due to planning from a different city (I would have loved to!), I honestly had full confidence in Siera after seeing her work and hearing her speak via our virtual trial. Her confident, yet relaxed nature just put me at ease, and I had zero anxiety about what I was going to look like on my wedding day. She arrived to the venue even before I did, and when I sat down to get my makeup done, it was like I was just catching up with a friend that also happened to be an expert in makeup application :) Seriously, I was so at ease throughout the entire process. If anyone were on the fence about using the Fenley Studio, I would tell them that this is crucial - feeling at ease on your wedding day is invaluable, and Siera did just that. While I knew the general vibe of the look I wanted, Siera made me feel comfortable with taking it up a notch for my wedding day. And I am so glad I listened to her - I felt beautiful, bold, confident, and still like myself, which was really important to me. At the end of the day, I certainly did NOT want to take out my hair or take off my makeup! I can't wait for another occasion to use the Fenley Studio again. I'm still drooling over my wedding!

My trial experience was super easy and laid back. Siera was able to take my inspo pics and turn them into something unique and special for me. Afterwards, I was able to tell her how my hair actually doesn't hold curl, so she could have the right hairspray on hand for the wedding day. And my curls held amazingly that day! I felt like a princess. It was a relief to know I was in good hands, and that my hair would look beautiful once Siera was finished. One less thing to worry about!
If you’re on the fence about working with The Fenley Studio, GO FOR IT! Siera was amazing and easy to work with. She will work with you until you are wowed with the final result. And her prices are awesome too! I was 100% pleased with how my and my bridesmaids' hair turned out.

I felt like the most beautiful and glamorous version of myself. Siera really brought my vision to life and did such an amazing job. I expressed to her that I was worried about my makeup sticking all day through sweat, tears, etc. and I’m happy to report that it didn’t budge (even after I had cake smashed into my face by my loving new husband!!). My trial experience was great! The studio is such a cute and comfortable little space and I really enjoyed chatting with Siera. I would tell everyone that working with Siera was an absolute pleasure. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Siera was unbelievably helpful with not just the hair and makeup portion, but also planning out the day to ensure I would have a relaxing experience.
I had A LOT of people doing hair and makeup with me on my wedding day - 20 to be exact - and it was stressful for me to figure out how to schedule everyone. On top of everything else, it was a destination wedding so it was challenging to coordinate a lot of things. Siera spent countless hours on the phone with me mapping everything out, but did not stop with hair and makeup. She helped me work backwards from the reception to ensure we had enough time for pictures, detail shots, first look, etc.
On the day of the wedding, Siera was the calm and smiling face we needed around. She showed up early, stayed late, was thrown a few curve balls, but carried on with ease. When I came back from our first look, which was on top of a mountain (hence needed more than a few touchups), I called her panicking and she came running back to my hotel room to fix my hair and makeup.
Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend Siera. Book her early on in your wedding planning process, because she will do more than just your hair and make up. She will be that friend to call when you are in a pickle and that needed extra help throughout the wedding planning experience.

Honestly, one of the best experiences through the wedding planning process. Not only was it extremely relaxing but such a wonderful process that made me feel comfortable and like my best self.
Everything was perfect. My makeup lasted the entire night and my hair never fell. I never felt like makeup was painted on thick or not comfortable in my own skin. The small collection of sneak photos we've received so far have confirmed this. It was the best version of me, which is exactly how you should feel on your wedding day.
Im not sure why anyone would be on the fence. If Siera and her team are available, book them! They are professional, supportive, and give such wonderful energy on your wedding day to everyone they come in contact with.
You want to be surrounded by people who will keep you on track but also who remain calm and supportive. The Fenley Studio is all of that and more.

The trial was wonderful! I had an idea of what I wanted to do but Siera was prepared with images ready to browse in case I didn’t have something in mind. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her COVID precautions were top notch and I never once felt at risk. I was referred to the Fenley Studio through my friend Cara Martinell, who is also getting married this year. At first they were not available for my original wedding date...but when we had to reschedule to late August one of the bonuses was that they were open for our new date! They made it such an easy process and I am so thankful for that.
Living in the chicagoland area, Siera was very accommodating with me only being in town a few weekends leading up to the wedding. My trial was great. It was one of the first times that I really started getting excited about the wedding and was able to forget about all the pandemic issues and planning stress.
I decided I wanted something a little different from my trial for the actual wedding day and Siera worked some magic! I described to her what I wanted changed about the style and she came up with something that was absolutely beautiful! I remember being so surprised when she gave me a mirror to look at the finished product, it was even better than I could have imagined. That is when it felt like the day was finally all falling into place. All of my bridesmaids and the moms were styled by the Fenley Studio (Siera & Cydney) as well and they all enjoyed their experience. They were able to do everyone's hair unique to what they wanted and yet it all went well together.
I would highly recommend the Fenley Studio to anyone. Siera was easy going and very organized. She was always very accommodating throughout the process, Cydney even styled my groom's hair! (Which we both loved by the way!) Booking and working with the Fenley Studio was one of the easiest and least stressful things of planning the whole wedding.

I got to have my hair done as a bride in my own wedding and as a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding just two weeks later! Siera was so fun to chat with and so great in figuring out a way to include everything I wanted in my hair in a way that made me look and feel like a princess. She was even able to put in an old family heirloom, my great-great-grandma’s hair clip! She was also so accommodating. When I was two weeks out and desperately searching for someone to do hair for my wedding, she agreed to squeeze us in even though she already had a wedding that day. I found The Fenley Studio on instagram while trying to find a hair stylist for my wedding that looked like they could master the boho vibe I was wanting. I was so relieved when I stumbled across their insta page, and saw all the styles featured- there was a good mix of hair styles that were pinterest worthy- I was sold! Siera was quick to respond to all my questions and was so helpful making my decision to put my trust in The Fenley Studio for my wedding day hair and my bridal party's hair. The trial was such a great thing to have, and Siera was honest and provided crucial feedback to the styles I was interested in- we were able to discuss my hair type and what would work and wouldn't work. Having The Fenley Studio do hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process! From the very beginning Siera was extremely responsive and professional. My fiance and I changed our original plans for our wedding, since Coronavirus was still present in our community. Siera was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive during all of this. I was a bit nervous going into my trial because it was around the same time businesses began reopening.
